Workman did not show up on the appointed day. After I called Direct Builders at midday on the appointed day, workman called later on the appointed day to inform me that he went out of town and did not have my phone number with him so that he could call me and reschedule. I was angry about the missed appointment because I had arranged the entire day for the repair. Workmen did show up for the next appointed day, and once at work, the job was completed expeditously.
